PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

The customers of Taxbal.com can pay the payment in part if services for which customer paid the amount involve the rendering of services in phase like company registration in which first to apply for DSC then name reservation after name approval required documents preparation work involve then final form submission needed but before final form submission the customer will have to pay the full payment.
The customers of Taxbal.com will have to pay the full payment if service involve one time work like gst registration, income tax return and license grant etc
Refund Policy
The refund are not normally offered to customers. This is because once the taxbal.com have received your request, documents and information we starts work on it, however, we offer refunds in the two circumstances that are outlined below. There is no guarantee if you submit a refund in line with the below circumstance that you will be granted a refund.
1. When customer payment have been received by us wrongly, excess and cancelation of work beginning but in this situation we will refund only those which we have received after deducting the processing fee of payment gateway provider. Since payment gateway provider will not refund the processing fees to us.
2. In exception extenuating circumstance. If we have not processed your request due to any reason, situation and non-availability of time during the filling rush. In this condition if partial work has been completed from taxbal.com and work has not been completed due to any technical services, denial of server, server down and any other reason than we will refund only 50% amount as received by us after deducting processing fee of payment gateway provider. Since payment gateway provider will not refund the processing fees to us.
Apply for Refund
The customers of Taxbal.com will have to apply for refund through contact us or email to us at [email protected] with their bank statement through which payment has been done, as an evidence of payment with request letter for in which Bank account number, IFSC code and reason for refund request clearly mentioned.
After receiving these documents and accepted by the taxbal.com, we will processed your refund request within 15 working days.

SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS
The Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to the use of the service provided by Taxbal.com. ALTORATION TO TERMS OF USE
